WHO WE ARE

We are a vegan restaurant in the heart of Barmouth, Wales, and we offer a five course set menu of organic and locally sourced products and foraged food.

As a business, we aim to be as sustainable and ethical as possible when sourcing ingredients for our food and drinks menus and in every aspect of the running of the business.

We are part of a pack which includes 4 rescue dogs and we welcome any human and non-human without prejudice.

Food

Our menu is 100% organic and we try to source our ingredients as locally as possible. We change our menu weekly

to ensure we offer the best seasonal produce and most dishes are created with foraging ingredients.

Our five courses set menu costs £55 per person, we have made the choice to have only a set menu to focus on the quality of the dishes we create weekly and keep food waste as minimum as possible.

We are happy to cater for any allergies or food intolerances, but please give us enough notice to allow substitutes.

We have an extensive wine and beer list, along with non alcoholic options.
