BOOKING RULES AND CANCELLATION POLICY
PLEASE CONTACT US DIRECTLY FOR PARTIES BIGGER THAN 8 PEOPLE

 
Please note that a deposit of GBP30.00 per person is required in order to complete your reservation, our five courses set menu costs GBP55.00. This deposit will be deducted from your bill on the day of your booking. In case of any cancellation, we have 48 hours notice for standard menu (£55) and 5 days for special menus such as Valentine's Day, Easter, Christmas, NYE, special events (Izakaya, Taste of Wild) etc. 
For groups of 4 people or more we ask you a notice of 5 days. If any of your party booked is a no show on the day, we will charge the cost of the menu of GBP55.00, therefore we encourage you to communicate any change in numbers promptly.
 
 
If in case of any delay, please contact us directly via phone or text message, as we will hold your table for 20' but cannot guarantee your booking afterwards, and the deposit will be lost. 
 
We are a small family business and last minute cancellations or no shows can have a huge impact on us, we ask you to get in touch promptly in case you have any issue.

We have no dress code, however we ask you not to wear fur on our premises and encourage you not to wear animal skin when dining with us.

ALLERGIES
We try to cater for as many allergies as possible. We are gluten-free and we can accommodate nut intolerances. We regret we cannot accommodate onion, garlic or mushroom allergies/intolerances as we serve wild food and these are vital components of our tasting menu. If you have any query, please get in touch!
